A 2023 Platinum with everything that was available on a 2019 Platinum. I'd say 2018, but those had the plastic oil pans with the funky drain plugs.

Someone posted a 2015 Expedition here from the Middle East/Europe that had a V8 instead of a 3.5EB once. Not sure how that vetted out, but I remember it.

There was a series of red and black painted Expy's that were only made in limited numbers. Something like FMF or close to that. I found it! Funk Master Flex Expedition it was named, only 650 made.

Thanks for sharing! I have to say that this was a first time to see this Ford model before. Do you know anything about it? It's hard to believe that Ford didn't think that B100 would sale well in the USA, only south of the border and in S.A. There is one on eBay right now. I could even work on that and parts for a 79 Ford pick-up should be somewhat available. Hhmmm.

Actually I had Ford replace/repaint my Liftgate and Hood due to the bubbling paint. So they did eventually recognize it as a problem.

It may not have been called an Expedition, but it’s definitely the grandfather of them. The rare Mexican B100.

I didn't even know these existed until I saw this recent video. Cool truck!

Yeah, I don't know if it is much to celebrate. They would do fix it once if you caught it during bumper to bumper warranty and they got "the approval", but it would bubble again and then you were on your own. I was denied after much run around whenever I came back about it a second time. It boggles the mind that you can buy some cheap aluminum siding and paint holds up fine, but a large auto maker couldn't figure out how to keep the paint from bubbling and continued to knowingly produce vehicles using the same failing process for 10+ years.

I really don’t know much about them other than they are considered/called 3 door SUV’s (even though they also have 2 swinging rear doors instead of a gate) because of only having 1 door on the driver side and 2 on the passenger. I myself have just recently stumbled across one of these on YouTube for the first time ever knowing they existed.

Reminds me of a dutch door 3/4 T Suburban I owned back in the mid 90's. Those double doors were so handy.
