Anyone have a 2025 on order? Anyone take delivery yet? Just curious how many ‘25s are out there.
Just for Update, I honestly wasn’t expecting much today, but just five minutes ago I checked my order—and it shows as BUILT!
I almost ended up switching to another one in dark grey. That was damn close!
Estimated arrival date: June 13, 2025 – June 19, 2025.

I want my wife to see a black and dark matter spp before we place an order but the only 2 near me are Grey mist and silver. She didn't like the silver but loved the look overall.

I took delivery of a dealer stock Tremor on April 21. According to the vin tag my car was made in April. The first thing my wife noticed was the lettering "Expedition" along the front of the hood was black without any orange accents. I think they are supposed to have the orange accent like it does on the tailgate. I would be curious if you have the orange accents on the front. I assume they didnt not have the correct stock yet for my early car.

Don't know how but "Delivered" on Saturday morning. It is setting in the back lot of the dealership awaiting prep I guess. CJ Dave.

Were you able to pick her up?

Looking at photos of inStock tremors online, none have orange highlights on the Expedition hood lettering. That would've looked nice if it did though.

*Update: I checked Ford’s order tracking site about 10:30 this morning and it updated to “Delivered.” I showed up at the dealer 30 minutes later (to their surprise), and I’m currently waiting for them to do inspection. They tried talking me out of waiting but I said I can work remotely and I’m not leaving today without it. Will post pics later.

I would rather just buy one off the lot anyway.... even if I had to drive and do it in another city. I do not like buying a vehicle without driving it. I have driven two exact vehicles before sitting next to each other. Only difference was that one was silver and one was white. They drove COMPLETELY different.

Even now, at two different dealers, I drove two King Ranches. One has a bad air noise in the cabin and one was quiet as can be. I don't want to order a new vehicle and have something I have to get fixed that I would have noticed on a test drive.

Mine was ordered Feb. 27th, built on the 15 of May, shipped on the 17th, delivered to my dealer on the 17th also. I picked it up today the 22nd. It was randomly selected for an audit which apparently is a 16 mile test drive by the factory. It is beautiful. Lots of changes to the controls versus my 2017 but that was expected. The Mojave Dusk interior is very different. Subdued but classy, in my opinion. The Black Agate Metallic paint is also striking. Riding on the 24" wheels is quite the look.
Sitting in the driver's seat I feel that this one is bigger than my 2017. Feels wider inside. Maybe it is. I figure that I'll master all of the bells and whistles about the time that the loan is paid off. Love the way it drives at least the 32 miles I've covered so far.
I hope that everyone's experience is as good as mine. CJ Dave.

Weird quirk...I looked at the expy and looked to see about the drive modes. So, if your not on normal.mode and turn the car off and back on, it will ask you if you want to stay on the mode, but theres no way to make a selection. I tried the steering wheel buttons, the drive mode selector, the touch screen, the gear buttons, nothing. Did ford program this in without fully implementing g it? I hope a software update fixes that.

Initially I had the same issue but eventually realized there is an option to select a yes or no to the mode restart selection. If you look at the right side selection on the screen, above and below the ‘ok’ there is an up and down arrow. Selecting either of those give you the option to make a yes or no choice. Have to make the selection quick as it disappears reverting back to the standard screen options. Hope this helps

Let us know when you pick it up and your first impression.
So far so good. Got the wife's phone/profile along with mine setup, got seat/wheel position saved for each of us, got each profile tied to each key fob, android automotive logged into google account/etc. Got it added to fordpass, got both phones set up as key's. Got garage door homelink paired. Got it connected to home wifi for better/quicker updates. Got auto updates enabled and set for 1am each day.

Tires are Michelin primacy ltx, not sure what all tries they are using, but hopefully they are better than the hankook's on my f150.

Didnt floor it yet, had 8 miles when we picked it up, and it was around 35 miles back from the dealer, so still trying to follow the easy break in period. Will probably change oil at somewhere between 500 and 1k miles as time allows.

I need to read through some of the various threads regarding the screens/widgets tips & tricks. Agreed on the annoyance of not having the tach unless you are in sport, dealer sales rep even called that out, he got his not long ago.

Saved around $6,500 off MSRP between PCO/ECO(coupon) and dealer discount, not the best deal, but better than most other deals ive seen out there, i think probably only granger would have been cheaper and worth the trouble, but this local dealer has done solid by me on service and i got my truck from them.

Id done my research and reading on here, etc, so i pretty much knew what to expect. So far im happy with it, but time will tell!

So not much drive time yet to offer much driving impressions.

Anything else i can answer?

I think my wife and I settled on the spp, most likely in magnetic gray. However, i show her pics of the king ranch and she maybe turning. I do love the kr look, esp in black, but i cant get over the fact that the spp gives you more for 3k less. Im waiting a Lil bit because there's absolutely no lease deals on these yet. Its good that dealers have been willing to sell less than msrp though.

Dealer sales rep got the platinum ultimate, and even he said, he sort of questions now if it was worth the additional ~$7k compared to SPP. As you mention you get a lot of good features with the SPP package.

Only downside so far, wife isnt a big fan of the rims. We had the 22" polished from our 2018 expedition with 302a, she liked the more flashier look. She probably would have liked the 24's on the ultimate more, but we had looked through photo's and everything of the SPP that she was good with, i guess its a bit different in person! She didnt believe at first they were the same size, guess the polished aluminum just look bigger.

Personally i like a more subdued look of the darker rims and the more tire/meat on the 22" would give a better ride anyway compared to the 24".

My wife isnt a big fan of the spp rims either lol. I think she liked the wheels of the SAP, but you can't get the ccd with it. I havente driven a new one without the ccd, but with ccd, is one of the smoother riding bof suvs out now, second only to the air sprung gms(I'm assuming)
