2024 expedition platinum ticking / sputtering sound

Brand new 2024 expedition - recorded from inside cabin driver side. Since I bought it, it’s made this tick noise sounding like it’s coming from the dash - sounds like a Geiger counter or gear grind / sputtering sound. I’ve driven many expeditions, same year, and none of them made this sound.

This noise was recorded from in the cabin, and as borderline drowns out the engine (or fake engine) noise.

Perhaps the high pressure fuel pump line vibrating against something, causing the noise to sound as if it is inside the cabin?

They first told me actually that it was the high pressure fuel pump and that it’s normal. When I pressed for a fix, or asked why none of the others make this noise, they changed to saying now that they cant hear anything at all. It’s quite loud and obvious however so not sure what to do. Frustrating.
