It’s crazy to me that you can’t hear it - it is so very loud - but it is certainly a higher pitched sound than the other sounds in the videos. I can hear it sometimes right at idle, but typically I can start to hear it maybe around 1000rpm. To make sure we’re listening for the same thing, it’s a Geiger counter like ticking, or card in bike spokes, or leaf caught in a fan - fast tick/trill. I have have a mechanic stethoscope. From within the car, it’s loudest right where the vin number is on the dashboard, under where it says sound screen. And then it’s loudest under the dash in the footwell where the steering column goes through the firewall.
Noise travels, take the stethoscope and eliminate all of the rotational stuff and see what you come up with.

For sure. It’s just wild that ford won’t help to even determine. I bought it brand new from this dealership and had this issue from day 2. They started out saying it’s normal, it’s just the high pressure fuel pump and totally normal - which is fine, but why am I hearing it so loudly in the cabin?! To which they said, is also normal - (if normal, I imagine ford engineers were all stuck on their design and engineering room trying to find the perfect “tick” sound to please the drivers with a discerning ear while building out the sound insulation and noise isolation systems . )

Well, now, since none of the other expeditions they have on their lot allow this noise into the cabin, they started saying they aren’t hearing anything at all. So went from one lie to another simply because they don’t want to deal with it.

This will be the last ford I will ever own I’m afraid, after owning fords my whole life up to now. Lack of support in service dealers and terrible quality control unfortunately.
While yes YouTubes compression can minimize some things, it is FAR more detrimental to video than Audio. Do you hear it yourself in your own video when playing from YouTube?

That being said, you could also upload the Raw file to Google Drive, and paste a view link here, so we can download the original and listen. I am only on my Work laptop right now, with not so great speakers, I will listen later on something that will more accurately reproduce it.
were you by chance able to listen to that link I attached directly from my drive?

A few choice's you can choose from. Hopefully you kept the RO's for you visit to the dealer. Contact ford explain the problem and see what they do. Or diagnose it yourself and fix it. Or since it seems to upset you sell/trade the damn thing.

The gasket looks fine to me. The metal is going to deflect a bit during secure so you'll see it squeeze out a bit more at the location of the bolts. You can try putting a wrench on them and make sure they're all tightened equally. My guess is that this is not really the root cause of your problem.
