Missing radio preset buttons

A few days ago the last 2 lines for my radio preset buttons disappeared on my 22 Expy with large screen. Not just the stations that were in them but the entire buttons?? It’s like they took away those spots as options to add stations? I did a soft restart but that did not bring them back. I subscribe to XM radio so I was using all of them. Hoping they didn’t down grade in the last update??

On my 2014 Impala 2LTZ, the bottom row of radio presets occasionally disappear.

To get them to return, you must touch an area of the screen that is black (no writing or control icons), hold your finger on the screen until it clicks (1-2 seconds), then leave your finger on the screen and swipe up. That will cause the row(s) of preset buttons to appear.

I know it is a GM, but perhaps try this with your vehicle while the engine is running and the transmission is in park.
