Seat rebuild went well. Apparently a heavy hitter owned this. There was broken clips, frame pushed through the foam on the outer bolster, bolster disintegrating and a split in the side of the cover.

I glued the split together, added material to get the bolster back to the correct height, sanded it to shape, @reinforced the clips, added woven polyurethane to prevent the frame from compromising the foam and added another layer over the springs. New cover installed, 100% better.

That looks great. My old 04 needs both front seats done. Since the heat and cool are in-op I will order bottom foams and both upper and lower covers. I have done seat repair at work and home for many years.

In 2017, I used The Seat Shop bottom cushions and upper/lower covers to give my 03 front seats new life. 9 years later and they still look and feel great.
