I use zero ethanol gas in my 3.5 Altima.Yes mpg does go up.if u think about it your getting more actual gas because of the lack of ethanol.the reason i use it is my car runs much smoother.Acceleration is silky smooth and yes feels good to get more mpg.but u do have to pay a few cents more.but at the end u get same amount of actual gas for what you pay

I have to drive 15 miles to find a Sunoco for my truck...

15 miles might be worth the drive if your filling up with 1 gallon left in the tank. Plus your engine should run better.

In Hawaii most of the gas stations have 10% ethanol, especially at the place where I fill my '09 EL, The Navy Exchange at Pearl Harbor. BTW I use both regular and premium.

We always use premium. The truck runs much better on it. Also gets better mileage. on premium we pull right around 350-360 miles to about 25 gallon. On reg, the mileage drops to around 280-290. My wife drives the truck on the same route every day, 16 mile round trip to work and back, the bi-weekly trip to the grocier. The trip of the expy is the same week in/out. I also run premium in my rangers, they also get better mileage with it.

Filled up with regular 99.99999% of the time, except one time when the fukken pump gave me premium even though i had pressed the "regular" button.
I only noticed that the "premium" light was on when I was putting the nozzle back and had already filled up at 10c more per litre. (~40c more per gallon)

it depends what tune i am running... but there is not enough gain for the extra cost of the premium

I just filled up with no ethanol gas (25 gallons). $100 will see how it does. I usually go through a tank in a week.

I just got 340 miles to the last tank of gas and had 15% left in the tank... it would have done better with Sunoco, but there is not one around here within 50 miles...this was shell V-power with 10%ethanol...what the heck...no one here in the south use pure gasoline????

Regular because Premium cost over $5/gal here unless they run out of regular then they give 94octane for the smae price as regular. And everything here must have ethanol :bawl: sucks
Expy loves 94 when the Edge is on

I have never seen a gas station run out of gas. Is that common?

Fill up again with no ethanol gas when you are empty again and you will see more gain as the old gas is out
