Yes, that was with the 5.4 3v, if your sig is correct and you have the 03 all you need is the CAI whihc is under $150 but call Jay@ 757-335-1940 and he can explain it.

I saw them dyno a f150 3v on Trucks this weekend and it only made 202 HP stock.....

Where is all of your extra HP coming from?

Not sure why the differences, I have the dyno sheets...the only other mod the truck has on it and was there for the dyno is a Gibson cat back...if you believe in the 20% drivetrain loss and the 3v's are rated @300 hp then 240 to the wheels stock is right...

That's about what I've seen for mostly stock 3V motors.

Different dynos read higher or lower than others, so IMHO a dyno first and foremost is a tuning tool...stick to the same dyno and compare results for your particular setup.

I now have the E fan and UD pullies installed, need to dyno again to see what I picked up.

I would guess about 12hp and 15 lb-ft. if the atmoshperic conditions are similar.

Let us know what you get.

The single most restrictive part on these trucks is the piece of plastic between the airbox and the fender that reduces the inlet noise...... just removing/replacing this piece would pay divends in airflow.
Oh I saw the truck again on that did the before and after stuff on the dyno. It was a 4x4 with 20" wheels so the transfer case and heavier wheels were no doubt sucking up some of that power that you were seeing stock.
