    Power Running Board Motor Availability

So, it pays to keep those things clean and oiled, but I'm wondering if the motor can be repaired at a "motor shop" which should cost much less.

2015 Expedition 3.5 EcoBoost – slow coolant leak at driver-side turbo, looking for input

The trick to using penetrating oil is to attach a soaked rag to the part and let it sit overnight. I see people spray more and more on the bolt etc like it is going to build up or something, and it makes me cringe. Kroil is good but others are good too.

Lots of auto parts stores have a bunch of O-rings in the back and they will help you match one up

2015 Expedition 3.5 EcoBoost – slow coolant leak at driver-side turbo, looking for input

It's hard to say where it is coming from with a picture or even being there but it's just one of the cooling line O-ring seals and you could do it yourself., It shows you how on YouTube and the parts are cheap........not internal. Myself; I probably wouldn't fix it. Go on vacation over the...

2015 Expedition 3.5 EcoBoost – slow coolant leak at driver-side turbo, looking for input

I agree with your "plan" except for the $80 coolant check, which won't tell you anything you don't already know, and braided lines won't do anything other than make your wallet lighter. It's probably one of those little O rings in one of those tubes that you can fix yourself. Pretty common leak...

Nah, big waste of time and money. Call your local AC shop and you will see I am right.

    Possible 1234yf Contamination during recharge

No, it won't hurt it. Some people are even going back to r134a from 1234yf and I'm sure there is 1234yf left in those systems. It's actually not much different but yf costs a lot more. You need to evacuate the system to return to 134 for those thinking about doing it.
