Has anyone experienced on the ford app when reviewing history the incorrect mileage posted on repairs made thru a Dealership? I have 5 repairs that have wrong mileage. Like 10k miles difference.

Compare against your repair order. I've had dealerships key in the wrong mileage, and then reflected in app.

I have done that. Service Rep pleaded ignorance pushed it off on the Ford app. Called the Ford app service number and their response was The dealerships input. Tech called me and was told to have me delete the app and reinstall it. Lol. It appears I am not the only one at this dealership having issues. So it appears that the person who enters the repair info to the apps is dysfunctional and can't read mileage. Lol, Go figure. I guess they need to do a better screening process.
