OK... there are some gremlins inside my A/C:(. Had the clicking for several years now, when I change the temp. Once I took it apart and saw some teeth broke but didn't want to wait for the replacement, with everything dissembled, so I tried the reversed "shaft" method - didn't work... was still...- Bernard

Power running board is shot
Well… As I said, my driver’s side would retract but wouldn’t fold back. It looked like something isn’t moving smoothly - as if something is stuck. The motor start to move and timidity go into reveres… Any way. I didn’t want to spend $1000+ so I took it (the all step + the motor) off the...- Bernard

I think so - just before coming to a complete stop, there's a "bang", when the transmission switches to first… So, you’re saying I need to reflash the ECM?- Bernard

Yes. this is one option, but you still have to deal with the lower arm rubbing the half-shaft, on full drop..- Bernard

And to make things worst, at list for me.. All the front kits that I see, involve with cutting parts of the frame – I'm not so keen about cutting things. You can not get back , if it doesn't work…- Bernard

Even without the rear - with 3", I'm not so happy with the front half-shafts angle... I would prefer that the front axle would be lowered too... Today I dissemble the front wheels and took a good look at the front suspension and steering, at varies positions - in full drop, the half-shaft...- Bernard

Too complicated.. The other option is to install an F-150 front lift kit (assuming it will fit) including lowering brackets for the lower arms and Knuckles but they go at list 4" and it is too high, for my opinion...- Bernard

Not at all. I'm starting to look for options on how to weld cast iron... this is, definitely, not a DIY project... I know it can be done, because I saw it on the Rough Country F-150 lift kit installation manual... An Expedition/F-150 knuckle is about $50-$70 (eBay) - have no idea...- Bernard

OK. I think it is final… OK. I think it is final… The 2007-on Expedition and the latest generation F-150 have the exact Knuckles/spindles. It is Ford part number 3K186 LH and 3K185 RH - it is the same for 2x4 and for the 4x4 versions. There for, it is the same height and will not solve the...- Bernard
