    Ok so the #8 fuse is blown I don't have one at this time. I will replace it tomorrow to see if that is the cause. Thank you for the help. The rear wiper doesn't work. Is that a common thing in the 2000 Eddie Bauer?

    None of the locks work by the switches. I have to manually lock and unlock with the key from outside and by hand inside.
