This is a problem when a member comes on and makes different post that are saying different things In one post he says the auto locks don't work and in his other post he is saying none of the locks work. In the meantime other members are offering help and have no idea where to start offering help.

Now if the problem is all locks don't work or if the auto locks don't work it could be a problem with no voltage and until the OP explains what problem he exactly has is a waste of time trying to help him

None of the locks work by the switches. I have to manually lock and unlock with the key from outside and by hand inside.

Check fuse #8 in the battery junction box under the hood If you have your owners manual it will show the location of the fuse If you don't have a owners manual you can download a copy at

If that isn't blown then it may be time to do some troubleshooting

Can you read and understand wiring diagrams? Do you have a Volt/ohm meter or at least a test light?

Ok so the #8 fuse is blown I don't have one at this time. I will replace it tomorrow to see if that is the cause. Thank you for the help. The rear wiper doesn't work. Is that a common thing in the 2000 Eddie Bauer?

yes the wiper is a common problem sometimes it just needs a little lub or you can try to gently move it

Ok thanks. I will let you know tomorrow. I appreciate the info. And again I apologize for the wording. I'm new here still learning.

For the rear wiper, Check fuse # 12 in the under hood fuse box and check fuse # 14 in the under dash fuse box

I saw that. Lol. I've been reading a lot of posts. And the more I read the more detailed posts tend to get better feed back. Thanks.
