You got a bad blower resister - It took me replacing it twice to get one that works correctly. I suspected that the cheap skates at the auto parts store just accepted a broken one back into their inventory. I ended up ordering from Amazon.

I already had issues with the blower not working in my 2017 Expedition before the recall. I eventually replaced these two parts myself after I was quoted $500.00 of BS to replace stuff. It has worked fine ever since.

I think that there might be other issues related. I know that I have already had to replace the Blower Fan Resistor after to stopped blowing. Also replaced the wiring harness leading to it.

So this just happened to me today. The NHTSA.GOV says that it is the Blower Motor and the Blower Motor Pigtail. But what is the troubleshooting tree look like for this? How do I test if it is the Blower Motor issue?
