    Baja Forged makes one for the regular size Expedition and one for the Expedition Max. I have a Timberline which is standard size length.

    35" without lifting?!

    35's will rub on the front of a stock Timberline with stock wheels. It also depends on what 35's you have - KO2's do run a little smaller than other 35's. I ran a 295/70/18 Nitto which was fine along with with adjusting the front of the fender liners.

    Yes in addition to the factory lift it has a 1.5" front and 2" rear lift with 295-70-18's with 1.25" front and 1.5" rear spacers

    Blue Painters tape jk There are clips and ubolts that secure them to the factory mounting holes in addition there is a double sided moulding tape that runs the length of the top of each flare and secures it to the body

    Timberline Sway Bar Upgrade

    Yes I did go with Hellwig - It was very similiar to the existing rear bar on my Timberline both in diameter and weight. If I had to do it again I would first replace all the OEM bushings with HD urethane bushings before spending the money on a new rear bar.
