    This is exactly correct. I know my full size SUV isnt' going to be good on gas. But when i compared my 17 tahoe to the expy (which is what i wanted), MPG did become a concern.     There is a video from FORD of all people pitting the new Expy against the suburban. The Expy is squatting like crazy with the trailer hooked up. This was one of a few reasons why i bought my tahoe instead of the new expy.

    And i would bet more than half these people don't need a truck, they need a van. Either way, just my opinion. I do live where 4x4 is a necessity, but i don't think i would buy a truck without it even if i lived in Mexico.

    I don't think this is all the bad, however, IMO it should be better. Its a V6 and they have the technology to make it better. My 2017 Tahoe gets 23.7 on the highway at 70 mph. If i go down to 65 i can get over 24 mpg with the 5.3l V8

    i could have sworn in one of the videos on the 2018 the ford rep said pricing will remain relatively the same. I guess that was a huge lie.
