Considering Battery Modification
Other suggestion is to get a set of Anderson quick connect plugs mount one on front of your vehicle and other on jumper cables never have to open the hood. I have them front and back for my winch and my jumper cables- Jason Tyrrell

I was having trouble with my electric shift transfer case so I decided to ditch it all together I Purchased a 4406 Manual transfer case and all of parts need I also got rid of the vacuum actuator for the front axle and went to the cable shift- Jason Tyrrell
