Thanks. Have posted in the tech sections but not here. Love this older SUV so far. Had an Explorer before but have to admit the Expedition is far superior.
Just a quick inquiry. I bought a 2004 2wd Expy a couple weeks ago. 5.4 with 3.73 premium towing package. 118,000 miles. Runs great. Yesterday morning I start it up....put in reverse and back out of driveway. I put in D and nothing...put in 2 and 1 nothing....back in reverse...nothing. I leave in...
That's my thoughts but too cold to crawl under it now. I looked at them the other night but with no experience with the Expedition I can't really judge if they are bad. I need to get it on a lift and get a better visual. Hopefully this next weekend.

I checked the dia. of the stock tire verses the 20" and there is only .4" difference overall. There could be that much going from manufacturer to manufacturer. So I feel I'm good.
I already posted this in the general discussion area. And I'm a new member. Just bought a 04. Noticed it was a little unusual. Wheels are 20" but Ford. From my research I'm thinking they are from a F150. Can anyone confirm this? I like them and it drives great so if they aren't doing ant damage...
Hello. New member here and new to the Expedition world. I just bought a 2004 on Monday. I'm pretty sure the wheels are not stock to the 2004 model year. Any ideas as to year they come from? I can tell you they are 20" and tires are 275/55R20. I like them and the ride is good just curious to year...
