Installing rear HVAC on a '99
You could remove both headliners, and use the moonroof headliner as a template to cut the moonroof hole in the rear hvac headline, then recover the rear hvac headliner - the material for that isn't terribly pricey IIRC. 2010 Expedition LED Overhead Lights
Easy job. Took 15 minutes. 4 LED 194 bulbs and 1 LED 578 bulb. Next is the puddle lamps. Before and After. -

Rear A/C Clicking At Startup - 2010 Limited
So in conjunction with my fun front vent only issue, upon startup there is a loud clicking / banging sound coming from the rear A/C. Any ideas?- mike460

No air flow through floor or defrost vents - 2010 Limited
I have a 2010 Limited Expy with the automatic climate controls, and have intermittent (read:mostly no) floor or defrost function - air only blows through the vent. When mine did that (my dad owned it at the time) we put a new egr valve on it, but while installing it we noticed that the egr port on the intake was completely blocked with carbon buildup. We cleaned it out using an old gun cleaning kit, and continued with the egr replacement, so don't really...- mike460

Typically dealers charge $60-100 per plug that breaks. All eight plugs broke according to the dealer.....- mike460
