    Shift Bume 1st to 2nd

    Hello I have a pretty serious bump when shifting from first to second. More load ie: boat on trailer is less noticable but still there. I have ordered the "Shift Kit" I hope it is a colapsed spring in the valve body. anyone have any similar issues that can shed some light on this?

    2004 whine

    I have still not foud the issue. Replaced both front hub/bearing units. and checked the rear diff level. It is shown to take 3 pints of fluid, In fact it takes 3 liters. Not sure how this mistake happened but Ford has stated 3 pints required. Still looking for answers

    fuel mileage increasing mods

    anyone have any good come from chips or the $uperchip computer, K&N filters or tube headers? Looking to increase fuelmilage when wife is driving the truck which is 99% of the time, I use the Expy to tow my boat only.

    I am experiencing this same issue exactly. I was thinking diff noise resonating thru the shaft to the rear of the trans. Would like to find the root of the issue . 2004 5.4 2V EB 2WD.

    Looking at getting the wife an 2005 Expedition EB 5.4 24v 2wd with tow Bur the one we really like is having a whine in fwd and rev. Dealer says it is the Torque Converter. I have worked in the European Exotic Car buisness for 15 years. Ill come right out and say I dont know much about torque...
