Cargo area mat
I am looking for a non-el cargo mat. I would rather have one that fits the area like a glove but open to options. The ones that are designed start at $90 and go up from there. What is everyone else running and how do you like it's protection?- Perpendicular

Extracting Broken engine studs
If they broke their tool in a job they agreed to do for a price, they should pay for the removal on top of the repair fees you agreed to. My opinion anyway. You don't want them to put it back together prior to fixing it, they will likely not do a good job at it (disgruntled)- Perpendicular

unlock - all doors at once?
I recently got an 07 EL and want the remote to unlock all of the doors with just one push of the button. Is the truck capable of being programmed to do this? Will the FORScan do it, or is there a different way?- Perpendicular

Air suspension options
Adam - just a thought. With most air suspensions there is a lever that tells the suspension it is at ride height. You may be able to adjust that lever to get it to raise a little.- Perpendicular
