My mom has a 2010 Expedition EL Limited that has the rear seat DVD player, factory back up camera (through the radio, not rear view mirror), factory radio with nav, parking sensors, steering wheel controls, and the factory amp and subwoofer. I am looking to retain as much features as possible when replacing to an aftermarket double din radio with Apple Carplay. I have a JVC KW-M650BT headunit already with a front USB, rear aux, bluetooth and Apple Carplay. I am looking for information on what I need in order to retain all the features listed above. I am aware I will not be able to retain the factory USB and Aux ports in the center console but that doesn't matter. I emailed Crutchfield about it and they basically said I can't do anything to keep the factory backup camera to display on the new radio, but I know that isn't true. I have tons of experience installing radios and sound systems, but not retaining factory features like the backup camera and stuff. So my question is basically what all do I need to do in order to keep the backup camera and the other factory features I listed above (Other than the factory nav, I know that isn't possible)? Thank y'all in advance!
