    After further discussions with Diode Dynamics they approved a return of all four bulbs for a full refund. They have never seen a pattern like mine either. The halogens seem fine, as far as pattern goes.

    I did chat with DD this week about that weird pattern on the passenger side. They said to try checking the bulbs are locked in all the way on that side.     My low beams were snug, but not impossible. The high beams seemed tighter but I was fighting with the edge hitting the housing, not to mention the access hole is more misaligned than the low beams. Hopefully you’ll hear back quickly. They were very responsive via email for me. Good luck...
