How many have "dual exhaust" on theirs?
i have done a lot of research into what works for our trucks. If you are looking at a true dual setup (ie, dual pipes all the way from the motor till it exits), then you want to stop at 2.5" pipes. Dash lights are out!
mag, I will bet that your problem lies with the dimmer module in the headlight switch. You can check the fuse for the dash lights, but from what I have seen, when you have a problem like this, it is the dimmer module that fried.- Thermo

blown spark plug # 7
I did the Timesert bit to all 8 of my plugs. I will never have to worry about blowing out another plug. Granted, it cost me about $1000, but it was well worth it to have all 8 plug holes fixed properly. Granted, I also took that time and ported/polished the intake/heads and get some more...- Thermo

99 Expedition leaning like a lowrider
Nathan, crawl under the front of your truck and look at the sway bar link. I bet you will find that the bolt that ties the lower A-arm to the sway bar is broken. A trip to your local auto parts store and about $15 will get you a new link setup. That should fix your leaning issue.- Thermo

HID light question ?
atmasters, the HID bulbs you want will fit into the housings just fine. Just a warning though, the blue bulbs can get you in trouble for "impersonating a police officer". Seen many a ticket get written for those bulbs. Ask the company to show you the DOT stamp for the kit that has the 8000K...- Thermo

atmasters, what you need is what is called a "relay harness". An example would be: H1 H3 H7 H8 H9 H10 H11 9005 9006 HID Relay Kit Harness | eBay You need this for your Ford as the factory wiring harness is not truely designed to handle the starting surge of 35W (not 50W, more on this later)...- Thermo

2000 Expedition squealing and dimming lights
Sounds like the tensioner is getting weak and is allowing the belt to slip. But, like the others said, if you have fluid on the belt, it can cause it to slip.- Thermo
