I’m half tempted to do the weep hole mod; but there’s that voice in my head of “remember that time when you started messing around with X and broke it? Don’t touch!”

They fixed that after 2014 on the f150s

A year ago I had the rough idle on startup and it wouldn't let me inch along while backing the trailer into our garage. I wasted $150 at the dealership because they told me the TB was dirty and needed to be cleaned-for an additional $350. I said no thanks and cleaned the TB, replaced the air filter along with cleaning the MAF sensors. Startup idle was better but most importantly I regained the ability to inch the Expy along. I recently did an oil change myself and replaced the oil with Mobile One full synthetic. Expy seems to idle more smoothly upon startup but that could be in my imagination. After warmup I can still make the Expy creep along-one year later.

Update: the Expy is the wife's car so I rarely drive it. Last night was a cold start. Rough bouncy idle upon startup before smoothing out after a minute or two.

Did you change the plugs and gap them to .030”
