Throttle, steering and suspension(ccd) are all preadjusted together. For ccd equipped cars- In sport mode, the suspension tightens up. In eco, the suspension softens up considerably (more bouncy) but is more isolating. Most ccd users switch to sport for tighter ride. The base is somewhere btw sport and normal.

Hello. Did you install these yourself, and if so how was it. Also do you have a 2wd espy. I got these from etrailer and for the 2016 with 4wd it’s 1168. They look thicker than the ones in your link. I’m asking because I’m trying to find a shop to install them, so far no luck. Wondering if just jacking the expedition up would give it enough space to install these spring helpers. Thanks for any info.

From what I’ve read, jacking up the truck and removing the wheels will be necessary.

@Eric Wheeler

I’m going to do this once I have a dry day. This isn’t on an expy, I don’t think, but can’t see it being much worse.

I got them installed today. I had to check around at different shops to get them installed. Some wouldn’t do if and other wanted $360 - 450 to install . I took it to a shop that was on their list of retailer and was charged $160. With them installed my rear end went up only 1/2 inch. So far a like how it feels. I also have KYB’s on the rear.
