I'm trying to track down a common cause for all 3 of the accessory outlets in my 2011 EL not working!
I think that the wiring diagram likely changed between 2007 2011, but I think it will generally be similar.
Does C2031 refer to a relay? Seems possible that a detective relay or yet another blown fuse.
I found fuse 65 under the hood blown and a goofy box shape requiring yet another Amazon order. Unfortunately changing the fuse didn't fix them.
I know this thread is old, if someone can point me to a more relevant thread, that would be great!
