Ride Height is controlled by the Springs, If too much sag, you can add Sumo Springs.
Tons of towing information in this thread, give it a search in the 4th Gen forum.

View attachment 41269 Got my expedition 5100’s installed today. Top setting in the front (~1.6”) middle setting in the rear (~.7”). Levels it out a little but still keeps some rake which I’m fine with. 285/70r18 ridge grapplers on factory fx4 rims. Top pic is before, bottom after.
On the top is no lift, correct? Any rubbing at all under articulation with either setup?

Thanks man. Yea I know that and ended up starting with the middle ring which was close to 1.5" taller than the Readylift. Stock setting matched great for the 4wd version. I have the 2wd shocks in the garage in case the rear came out lower than the RL kit as I didn't want any reverse rake.. but it worked out great.

The 2wd F150 shocks are about an inch shorter so close to the top setting may have worked..

F150 4wd Bilstein B8 5100 24-248129
Collapsed Length (IN) - 16.91
Extended Length (IN) - 22.46

F150 2wd Bilstein B8 5100 24-253222
Collapsed Length (IN) - 16.05
Extended Length (IN) - 21.40

Expedition Bilstein B8 5100 24-285056
Collapsed Length (IN) -16.10
Extended Length (IN) - 20.95
Thanks for posting ALL the info! The Part#'s and comparisons are really nice to know.

Do these rub at all when articulated? On either stock or lifted?

With IRS, the rear differential is fixed in location. The picture below was taken from in front of the rear axle. The bar with the red arrow pointing at it will pull the wheel forward as the wheel goes down.View attachment 40757
Is there any aftermarket solution to this , really like the way expys looked lifted but this gap almost ruins it , once you see it you cant unsee it

Can anyone confirm PN's for doing the 5100's for a '21 Expy. Do I use the F150 shocks from 21 or 20?
24-323680 shows for 21
24-248129 for 15-20

Can't seem to find the f150 fronts anywhere - has anyone found stock lately?
