So I am a die hard Google maps user but I do want to put a plug in for the Ford navigation. There is a LOT I like about it, mostly related to it being integrated into the display for routing, lane use, etc. it seemed serviceable on pulling in traffic, but the reroute algorithms weren’t as strong as Google. If Google could figure out how to integrate into the display the way Ford’s does it would be great. On a long road trip I found myself using Ford for the long highway stretches, Google for all the getting around the city. FWIW.

Very pleased with the factory navigation. Recently traveled to Florida from Ohio during the holidays and the navigation did a great job of keeping me on the fastest route and providing real-time updates on traffic and delays.

Apple Maps also integrates with the digital dash, does the Built in Nav do it in a different way or is it the same?

In the past, I was never a fan of Ford's navigation. However, the navigation on my 2022 Platinum is excellent. It uses Tom Tom delivered via the wireless modem in conjunction with the stored information in the vehicle. Brochures are attached
