it is only a slight amount and spins quite and free. During some internet searches I have found all metal pulleys but not sure if they are correct application or if you get what is pictured etc. I like what is pictured because it would shed dirt unlike the plastic with fins.

I just changed the serp. belt (had cracks length wise in backing). All pullies spun nice and quiet. The plastic one above the oil filter however, has slight play in it when rocking front to back. Is that normal ?

Mounted it against the headliner, to the right of the rear view wiring, just above the auto wiper module. Everything worked as far as toll reading, wiper control, and hasn't fallen off even off road. Not sure what will happen if I try to remove the module from the Velcro but not worried about...

Anyone stick the ezpass (Pa) toll booth receiver modual on those black dots above the rearview mirror ? I had mine below the mirror but that is where the remote start antenna now sits. I want to mount the modual up against the headliner, but not sure if wasting time with those dots...
front pinion seal and the trans connector are probably your leaks. Don't flush the trans before verifying the leak. They have to drop pan to do connector so it will be a waste. Be sure to tell them to change the filter when they do the connector. BTW, mine only leaked when below 32 degrees...

Other than the securilok sensor not recognizing your key, Check bank1 option3 "Key-in-Sense polarity" default is LED ON = positive. I don't know what it is for other than possibly Europe.
I still don't know what Bank 2 option 8 does anyone test...

Big help to prevent warpage ie hot spots is to always roll 1-2 feet after stopping. This will help keep that heat build up from sitting on that one clamped spot.
