    Just completed my 2nd relay replacement on my buddy’s 2004 EB. His relay failed identically to mine. Thankfully installing the new one was uneventful. It’s a great feeling to turn the key and hear the engine start right up.

    Amp Power Wire

    This what I did on my 2004. There was 2 1/2 hole in the firewall that had a big rubber plug in it. I removed the plug and stamped a 1/2 hole in the center of it. Made a nice air tight grommet.
