    Ok, after the leakdown and compression test, they determined that there is no head gasket leak, 150PSI on 7 cyl, 100psi on cyl #4. They put in motorcraft spark plugs and it doesnt misfire anymore. Im kinda worried about the #4 cyl tho. Maybe a sticking valve?

    You can get a good compound wax which is abrasive and a good polishing wax and a buffer. Use the compound wax to make the swirls go away. Once the compound wax is done and off the truck, use a new pad to add the polish wax on it and wallah! Swirl-less exterior!
