I had the 100k done last year and they did:
Plugs & coil boots
Front & Rear diff fluid change
T-Case fluid change
Transmission flush
Coolant Flush
Cleaned throttle body & Mass Airflow Sensor
Oil & Filter
Rotate tires
I'm thinking about doing preventative at around 150k (I'm currently at 130k)...
I have a failing drivers side board on my 2008 as well. What I do is just turn them off in the winter since the noise it makes trying to close and then opening all the time annoys me. Ill turn them back on in the spring when there isn't a lot of snow around.
Anyways what I have found to work...
Its by far the best vehicle I have ever had in the snow (and that is including a 2005 F-150 I had). Knock on wood, I have yet to be stuck in anything... including trying to get it stuck in an unplowed parking lot last year.
Also I have to say after changing the front and rear differential as...
I recently purchased the front set of Weathertech floorliners. The drivers side fits great but the passenger side doesn't fit well at all. Has anyone ran into this problem, or should I send it back?

Anyways as to the PCM update, the transmission shifts much smoother but beyond that I cannot tell any difference. They said I had the original...

I did see all the plugs, they lol separated but one which broke half way out but they didn't...
Just got the call from service, 8 out of 8 broke.
$1,800 out the door for:
Plugs
Wires
Coolant Flush
Mass Airflow Cleaning
Injector Cleaning
Power Steering Fluid Flush
Tire Rotation
Oil Change
Rear Axle Pinion Seal Replacement
Rear Axle Fluid Flush
All the wife said was "it...
