    I have done that before when loading things on the roof, the running board just stays deployed until you get over 10 mph or something along those lines and then either retracts or attempts to retract.

    What type of driving are you doing where you are getting 14? That is about the bottom of what I get city driving. On the highway going about 65-70 I range anywhere from 19-24 mpg.

    I'm looking at my options for replacement tires on my 2008 Limited with the 20 inch rims. I am wondering if a LT275/65R20 will fit. The stock tire size is 275/55-20. Also has any one run this size, and does it rub? I'm looking at a pair of BFG AT's. Thank you!

    high pitched whine

    Its probably everything just warming up. I had a 2002 Explorer that had a bad rear differential and that thing whined like no other at highway speed. I think its just either the engine or the drive train warming up, the engine always rev's higher too when its cold.
