Just a brief update after getting off the phone with Ford customer service just now:
Ford customer service has internally escalated my inquiry, they see the HD tow package comes with 90 days of navigation (stand alone), and they see that the "Special Edition Package" (50T) includes "Connected...
Just an FYI, this is being "researched" by FoMoCo customer service and satisfaction group. I'll report on what they decide, but doubt it will be in my favor at his time.
Bill
I saw that, but somewhere in their system is a disconnect between the two, you cannot add a high value package feature, then downgrade part of it for the addition of another extra cost option (HD tow) . I'll post more once I've spoken with Ford Corp tomorrow or Wednesday. I'm thinking this is a...
Looking at my messages in the Ford Pass ap, I notice an August 5th 2022 notification for me to enjoy my free 90 days of Navigation.
A review of my order, and the dealer order guide both in play when I ordered, and in play when I took possession of my Expedition shows 3 years of free navigation...
I was a bit nervous about spending the money on the new Expedition with the unknown being the new headlight design. However, I've had my 22 XLT for a few weeks now, drive it in the city, in the country, and the unlit dirt backroads, the new LED headlight and reflector design throws light exactly...
This one is not difficult to do, you could even add a rubber grommet to close the hole off. This gives me an idea to purchase another hitch cover and modify for my trailer hookup. When in use, I'd use this one, when not in use, I'd install the original.
Bill
It is my understanding that the F150's in question do not have the eye tracking module installed either. If available as a software "unlock" and upgrade, with the caveat of "let the buyer beware", as a responsible adult who can take responsibility for my own actions, I'd be interested in it. Not...
Appears Ford is adding BlueCruise to F150's and Mach E's via a software update. Wondering if they will potentially do so for Expeditions with the proper front and rear sensors (like mine :D )...
What you posted above are strictly examples, and not the actual byproduct of the "plan" of your eligibility. Each dealer has a specific number multiplier that gets factored in when they are quoting or placing a "plan" order. As such, minor differences in the numbers given can be expected, but...
"X" Plan is 2% over dealer true cost (remember hoop jumping paperwork from Ford) not invoice. Ford will then kick back 6% to the dealer for taking the "X" plan order or sale (if item on lot). At a minimum, the dealer will make 8% on the sale, plus whatever they can try to up-sell at close of the...
You don't need to look at the code, if you are logged in to the internal "PLAN" page, all three plan prices are shown at the bottom of the page. Print it out, along withe your "PLAN" pin page, and stop in to your local Ford dealer to speak with the general sales manager (a regular sales rep...
I've always been curious, were you not at the dealer, sitting with the general sales manager (you would need a print out of your Ford PLAN pin) when they logged in to the "PLAN" quoting site on Fords server? Did you not get a printout of that quote, and subsequent order? When it comes to plan...
Interesting, the original dealer order guide showed the hands free liftgate in my set of packages. As for the auto start/stop, I specifically ordered mine without it. Had a rental with it last July in Florida, works as advertised, but when stuck at a traffic light, and the motor turns off, so...
As a fellow X-Plan order/member, I can tell you, now that mine is delivered, that the only item not installed on mine was the foot operated, hands free, rear hatch opening feature. I did not get a credit on it, and it was not even mentioned on the window sticker. Quite frankly, I could care...
Excellent news, congratulations.
On a side note, 2 days after mine was delivered to me, Fords tracker still showed it as shipped, and I never received an email from Ford letting me know it was delivered to the selling dealer.....
Bill
Window sticker shows the Special Edition package as $2,495.00
With that you got the following:

Yes, as I also have the 50T "special edition" package.
Smaller touch screen, and a dedicated camera button underneath it on the dash above the dual climate controls.

Mine as well, I believe this has to do more with the refractory side of being farther away from the passenger side than the drivers side mirrors and is not a mistake from the factory.
Bill
Yes, I can confirm that the two mirrors are a different size. I'm also going to throw the idea out that it has to do with how far the driver is from the passenger side of the Expedition, and has something to do with that.
Bill
Having connections within the Ford corporate hierarchy (not anything to do with scheduling or production), I can tell you that what I posted is indeed a cold, hard fact. In the past, with parts plentiful, your assumption was correct. In today's world, with parts supplier issues across the...
Priority codes mean nothing these days, my priority code 19 2022 was built before quite a few priority code 2 2022 Expeditions in May, I highly suspect that it's a matter of commodity food-chain that causes one Expedition to be built before another. If they do not have all of the parts in house...
