    To continue key fob in washer story. Took battery cover off and battery out. Dried overnight and works fine now. Called Ford and they want 170 for fob and 135 to program. 235 total. Said they would program aftermarket for 135 but would not guarantee. Downside of an Amazon fob for 30 dollars?

    2015 with loud clicking noise as the door is opened or closed. It’s coming from the black hinge in the middle. See pic. Any ideas?

    Liftgate is about 6 inches lower than normal. At 6’ that’s a real pain How hard is it to change struts? Are struts themselves expensive? At 75 yr old everything I touch seems to turn to crap anymore so it has to be easy for me to do it. Thanks.

    Rear wiper

    As I recall when at the dealers they forgot to change wiper blade. Some kid came out and changed it. He had the arm bent to almost 90 degrees. That’s when problem started. This is a 2015. Are you saying arms on earlier models have more pressure? Thanks for all your help.

    It’s been super hot here in South Georgia this summer. I’ve noticed when pulling in the garage with the air on the fan is running at a high speed or there are 2 fans running. I shut the air off and all goes back to normal. Air cools great otherwise. Should I be concerned?

    Does the battery on key fob go bad? 2017 with 80k miles. Sometimes it works fine and sometimes not at all. I haven’t reset it yet per the book as sometimes it will work. Thanks.

    2015 with power liftgate. Whether power or manual liftgate does not open all the way. You can push it up another 6 inches. Any ideas?

    Wife’s 2015. Key fob keeps refusing to lock or unlock car. I fix it using the 8 times on/off method but next day it’s back not working. Keypad on door works fine. Any ideas? Thanks.

    2015 expedition power tailgate lift. Will not open all the way. I manually push it up another 4-6 inches. Has the usual struts plus another rod that I presume is the power tailgate lift. Any ideas why it’s not lifting all the way?

    Tailgate battery drain

    Have a 2015 expedition. We attend dog events where we have to leave tailgate open for 4-5 hours at a time. Lately when we do this it will drain battery and will not start. After jump start and driving all ok. 2 battery shops said battery is ok. Ford text said this is normal computer operation...
