    they just pry off. Just be careful and take your time they will just pop right off. Use a plastic scraper or prybar to get them started

    chock the front wheels get a floor jack and lift the rear axle off the ground by putting the jack under the pig. Just enough to get the tires off the ground try it then on that switch do the brake lights work? If so its aint the problem...

    I would just leave it in park until the brakes are bled. I am surprised it isn't up on jack stands anyway. You don't want it moving with you flat on your back underneath it trying to bleed it!

    Drew is right but be careful if you are on an incline at this point you have no brakes. If it starts rolling you wont be able to stop it so have a wheel chock ready I would bleed it right where it is don't try driving it anywhere
