Sub box for the LEFT side of my 1997 Expedition...

I have never seen one for that side ( doesn't mean there isn't one) I think you'd be best to make your own or go to a shop to have one built.

To pull the plug.. Or not to pull the plug..that is the question.

I'd put a new set of plugs and coils, just torque the plugs to proper spec..

    shocks

If you go more than 2" lift you may require a different length shock than stock. I like my Fabtech ones so far, I also have a brand new set of them for sale but they fit a Expy with 4-6" of lift.

I've got 11" and its a tight fit for the 38's are you trimming the fender? I think you'll need more or trimming to fit a 46" I'd ask the guy that's already done it, although I haven't seen him on here for a while

    Rear Axle Seal Leak

So noticed a small leak on the passenger side rear axle seal. Question, these have c-clips to hold in the axle right? Do I need to press off and on the bearing to replace the seal? Any other issues I should watch for when doing it? Thanks ... 2002 EB 5.4

    LED light mounting

You could see what it looks like, just get a buddy to hold it there. AS for damage a tree limb could take it out if 4WD in the woods. so just mount it where it looks good.

    grill guard?

There are numerous types of "grill guards" I run a N-Fab pre-runner style of front bar. Cost to put it on...nothing it's not that hard to install them, A local shop might charge you $100 just because they can.
