1998 - Wiper Arm works but lags - Bad Motor?
I have a 1998 XLT. The passenger side windshield wiper will not work when the wipers are turned on. The driver side works fine. If I take the wiper arm and move it part way up the window while the arms are off, it will work when turned on. I called my local parts store and the guy...- Rogiecrockett

Drivers Side Window and Exterior Door Hangle
