No Crank No Spark & Error codes

12+ constant power (white/Purple)
Hello All I have a situation, i replaced my factory radio with a new head unit. the problem i have was i touched 12+ (white/purple) to metal, and it sparked. I have check all fuses, and they all are working. Im lost at this point, i need to fix this in order for my radio to work. Thanks Mike- pcguru98
