Diagram of the belt and pulleys for a 2015 XLT 5.4L?

Having replaced the Serpentine belt and tensioner, I now need to replace a few worn pulleys and can point them out but need a diagram to help me know what the right part numbers are. I'm sure I saw a diagram that listed them all on Tasca or RockAuto but have just given up after and hour of...

Help with the correct parts before I ship them to the UK!

Ok thank you. Will check those things. I'm a chef so when you say "Pumpkin" I think I'll check with my mechanic mate before posting anything.

Help with the correct parts before I ship them to the UK!

2014 is a good call. Thank you. Ford have no clue here. Not even heard of the Expedition so no help there. I'll try the tag idea too. Funnily enough ref your Saudi Prince comment, that is where it was headed before 20 of them ended up in the UK. Long story! Some of the print is in Arabic which...

Help with the correct parts before I ship them to the UK!

Yes, this is the challenge. Tasca don't recognise the vin or model as it was an export only one. Their chat agents know even less, hence coming here

Help with the correct parts before I ship them to the UK!

Hi there, I have my 2015 5.4L V8 Expy here in the UK (where it is a little unusual). Ford here have no clue! So getting parts is always fun. I tend to use rockauto and get them shipped here if I can figure out what to get. Today I'm told my rear diff is leaking oil and I need to get the three...

    Wiring diagram for 2015 XLT

Funny conclusion to this - a specialist US Car firm that has a bunch of rich celeb clients told me they'd need it for ages and charge me a lot to diagnose and fix this. My local back street garage said they bet they knew what it was, opened the little hatch in the panel in the trunk, pulled out...

    Wiring diagram for 2015 XLT

Hi there, bit of a nightmare day here in the UK with my lovely USA Expedition. The rear passenger side indicator went, which was quickly pointed out to me by drivers behind me, when I seemed not to indicate when crossing the oncoming traffic to turn right! So I got a new bulb and replaced it...

    E10 vs E5 petrol

So these are the two unleaded options here in the UK since the recent change. They do show the Octane figures as you can see below. They are both bloody expensive - £1.49 a litre for E10 and much more for E5! I just spent £100 to fill up from about a quarter full (around $140 equiv!)...

    E10 vs E5 petrol

Thanks for the replies. Good news then - us moving to E10 just gets the car to what it's expecting, being a US car. (The 5 and 10 are the % ethanol, dunno the exact octane levels, thought it was the remainder - ie 95% and 90%, but maybe not)

    E10 vs E5 petrol

Hi Guys, Here in the UK we just moved from E5 grade petrol (gas) to E10. The UK govt advice is that cars 6 years old or less will be fine with E10 so I switched for my US 2015 Expedition. But now I'm wondering .... does the drive feel different? Made me realise I have no clue what grade the...

    Need my credit card back!

OK so I got a new card - then the other day my daughter let £50 slide down the same gap! Bloody hell! So now back to the original Q - anyone actually know how to get into the gap under the gear shift down to floor level? There are a few screws - one under the key tray and one on each side behind...

OMG a bloody waterfall! Thank you! Wish the other things were that easy :-)

    Where's the hidden lake?

So this is a weird one. Since the beginning of the monsoon season here in England, I have been able to hear liquid swishing around behind me and to the right. My assumption was it was the petrol tank and I could just hear the petrol swishing around. Odd thing is I've never heard that before in...

    Need my credit card back!

It's right under the gear shift. There is a tray for junk in front of the lever and a small gap in front of that which things can fall through if they are quite thin. I've had a plauy with a ruler and tape but no luck so far. The replacement credit card option is becomming more attractive by the...

    Need my credit card back!

Yeah I know how to replace it but am quite keen to see what else has slid down there over the years if it's easy to get to! :superhack:

    Need my credit card back!

OK I admit it was a stupid place to leave the credit card, so when I braked it slid down under the dash from the little tray and is now somewhere behind this lot! Before I break anything does anyone know the trick to getting behind here please? (You usually find out how simple it is after you...

What do you pay for an oil change?

Don, Since I can get oil easily and have filters I was wondering about just doing it myself. Can't be that hard right? I have an impossible 2015 XLT 5.4L V8 but the holes are in the same place I reckon! I hate the thought of being ripped. Disposing of used oil here is not that easy though - a...

What do you pay for an oil change?

Hi Chaps, Honourary Brit here. I'm due an oil change on my 5.4L V8 and it seems expensive. In my local (UK) garages I've been quoted £80 ($102) and £122 ($155) if I supply the filter! To be fair it's 5.7L of engine oil. On amazon.co.uk the oil alone costs about £50 so the £80 deal doesn't seem...

What is this noise on start up?

So the car is for that paint job in the other post and the garage have this post to read too. They are saying why not just refresh the AC system, suck out the old stuff and replace with new. Will that do any harm or good?

Third Expo needing respray around the edges

How did you know? (The ejector seat probably gives it away, to be fair!) :)

Third Expo needing respray around the edges

It's non existent model. There's another thread here somewhere with more details but the short version is it's a Middle East model that got cancelled. The batch got sold off and I picked it up via an importer in Liverpool, there were like 10-20 of them. If I could read Arabic it would help with...

Third Expo needing respray around the edges

So this is my third Expedition and today I've just agreed to pay £800 to have the front and back completely resprayed due to the Aluminium 'rust' / rot or whatever it's called. In fact just under the back door, the paint is coming right off! The guy who will do it, did a great job of the last...

What is this noise on start up?

Super - thank you very much. I'm gonna go with the keeping the AC off option as a) it's cheaper, b) it's easy and c) I live in England so who needs AC anyway :-) haha! (Mind you we are getting summer temps these days in Feb so maybe we do need AC!)

What is this noise on start up?

OK so looks like you guys are correct. This morning, with the airconn switched off the engine started normally with no crunching sound. In fact, looking at that video again (above) you can see the little arm (or whatever it is) behind the cable vibrating as the noise happens. Not being a car...
