02 5.4 just blew a plug can I put it back in?

Front end lube
hey guys, anyone have a schematic or list of all the lube points on the front end. Or even a link to the lube points. I am starting to get some front end squeaking and I lubed the few zurt fittings I could find but I am sure there is more I am missing. Thanks in advance- joecrotch

Yeah it's gonna be weird taking my truck to a shop. It's never had any work done that I didn't do. Oh well I never turn down free new parts!- joecrotch

But wanted to give all of you a heads up that haven't heard already. the recall for the speed control deactivation switch went through and I just got my notice in the mail that it's a free replacement. Mods for cheap or free
Crank up the torsion bars, Do the 4" flang homemade spring spacers for the rear and you have a almost free lift kit. $40 dollar inverter at Harbor Freight and hard wire it to battery for on board 110v power. X2 on the Plasti dip all the chrome (I love the way it looks especially the rims!)...- joecrotch

Sorry my internet was down today. get rid of cats?
i have no cats and non fouler's and get no CEL. Warning though my state does not do any kind of vehicle inspections, as long as you have insurance you can register a vehicle. this is what I noticed after removing all 4 cats. See that's my biggest worry, I need power when only one wheel is on the ground due to the type of offeoading I do. But I also want something tame for driving to work.- joecrotch

Best place to source O2 sensors?
I get all my cars O2 sensors from rockauto.com I find them way cheaper and have never had a problem with them. I have 2 from them on my BMW that are going on 3 years old and still working great.- joecrotch

I have detroit in my jeep with D44 and to be honest I love it. I do get the parking lot chirp and as long as you are easy on the throttle its managable. Wow great comment. I had completely missed that it does not go to open when disengaged. I was thinking front first to give me that pulling front power but I guess it really doesn't matter. I'm gonna do some research on the Eaton diff's and see what I find. From what I can tell there really isn't...- joecrotch
