Yeah this is really an easy fix. Mine blew a plug 2 years ago. Just went to my local auto parts house and bought this Heli-Coil 5334-14 - Spark Plug Repair Kit | O'Reilly Auto Parts
Good luck
hey guys, anyone have a schematic or list of all the lube points on the front end. Or even a link to the lube points. I am starting to get some front end squeaking and I lubed the few zurt fittings I could find but I am sure there is more I am missing. Thanks in advance
Hey guys know I haven't been around in a while. But wanted to give all of you a heads up that haven't heard already. the recall for the speed control deactivation switch went through and I just got my notice in the mail that it's a free replacement. Anyway good luck all and hope your all doing...
Crank up the torsion bars, Do the 4" flang homemade spring spacers for the rear and you have a almost free lift kit. $40 dollar inverter at Harbor Freight and hard wire it to battery for on board 110v power. X2 on the Plasti dip all the chrome (I love the way it looks especially the rims!)...
I thought this would be fun to see what other people would do. I have a vehicle fund. It's just for upgrades and toys and such. Recently I made 250.00 bucks on a eBay sale and although I knew I was gonna use it on the Expy, I didn't know for what.
So my question is if someone gave you $250.00...
Sorry my internet was down today.
What i did was cut all four cats out and replaced with a straight pipe I had accidently cut out where the rear 02 sensors go so I welded in a bung and then on the rear only, 02 sensors I put the non foulers. because the foulers move the sensors out of the...
i have no cats and non fouler's and get no CEL. Warning though my state does not do any kind of vehicle inspections, as long as you have insurance you can register a vehicle.
this is what I noticed after removing all 4 cats. The acceleration is much better, throttle response is incredible. I...
wo just found it for 711.28 and with free shipping! Going to look around a little more but I am pretty sure this will be the best deal!

lol yeah I think I'm gonna order the Detroit. And later worry about the front, I have a feeling that I won't need a front locker after this though. Now for the next question is there anywhere to get a better deal or is every distributor pretty much the same?
by they way if I can find it for...
See that's my biggest worry, I need power when only one wheel is on the ground due to the type of offeoading I do. But I also want something tame for driving to work.
I get all my cars O2 sensors from rockauto.com I find them way cheaper and have never had a problem with them.
I have 2 from them on my BMW that are going on 3 years old and still working great.
REALLY 500!!! wow is it that because you don't think you can do it yourself? Because there are some tools and options that you can use.

I have detroit in my jeep with D44 and to be honest I love it. I do get the parking lot chirp and as long as you are easy on the throttle its managable. I really like the idea of a E locker in front so I can turn on and off as needed. and then a detroit out back. The Eaton I am looking at, for...
Wow great comment. I had completely missed that it does not go to open when disengaged. I was thinking front first to give me that pulling front power but I guess it really doesn't matter. I'm gonna do some research on the Eaton diff's and see what I find. From what I can tell there really isn't...
Hey guys been a while since I have been around. I am currently building a custom chopper from the ground up so the Expy is suffering from neglect lol.
Anyway I went out the other day for a short 4x4 ride near my house I was coming off the top of a hill and came at it from a angle. when the...
