I thought I was done with this but....
Somewhere on this site I found a torque spec of 150 ft/lbs for the front wheel bearings. Now I have been informed it should be 250 ft/lbs. Which is correct? I haven't driven it very far yet. My torque wrench only goes to 150....
Yea noise is gone. I had one bad bearing and changing it the first time cured the noise. Never hears one make a noise like that before. Then the first bearing went and replaced that.
The ebay seller happened to be fairly close by to me and they replaced the bearing for me. I took out the old and delivered it to them and picked up a new one. Done deal. On the road again!!

I had issues with a car once throwing P0155 on one sensor. I tried changing sensors around, and swapped them from place to place but that one location still threw the same code. Watching live data on my scanner it would run just fine then the voltage would all of a sudden go wacky. Wound up...
I would only be looking to improve fuel efficiency really. Most of my demands are in 4L but it would be nice to be able to use my Expy more on the open road due to better mpg. If using the canned tune is that good, I wonder why one wouldn't just switch chips to something like this for way less...
