    I posted the same question a while ago, I can't remember who answered me, but they confirmed that the rear springs are 248# rate. FYI, NAPA sells 2 different rates, 248 & 215(?).

    On my '98 Expy, it looks like the radiator could be 2 rows wider?? The reason I'm say this is, the OEM Rad has approx. 1" larger tank width compared to the core. Has anyone found a replacement that has more rows? I will try to take a pic later today. NT

    So I find out that Ford no longer makes the CAF retro fit kit for the 1998 Expy. Can someone, the next time that take the assembly apart take a few photo's of it for me? i'm just looking to see how hard it might be to fab up the bracket that holds the filter in place. if anyone knows of one...

    Sorry if my seach effort missed this topic.......... I need to replace the heater core in the Expy. I do have the FSM, but it doesn't elaborate on a flushing procedure. Can someone let me know what line to splice into, procedures.... etc? What flush chemical does everyone like? 1998...

    emissions scan test won't complete?????

    Just a thought........ I had the same issue on a Dodge PU. You may have a small leak in the EVAP System. If you get a smoke test on the system, it will show the leak asap. In the mean time, take a look at any rubber hose on the system, especially at a bend, they tend to crack on the inside...
