As stated the grille is attached to the hood so you would also need the hood. Not sure if the headlights are slanted at the same angle either. Probably be better off just doing the whole front. You would end up with better gap alignment.
Right now nothing is cut so I don't even lay crossmembers. For the front you simply unbolt the axle from the diff and cut the boot and take apart the joint leaving the the hub part of the axle in place. No more a4wd.
So I got this huge tank under my 99 Navi (30gal I am assuming) and I was wondering if the 2wd (26gal) will bolt under with no problems? I think this will solve the issue of the tank hanging below the frame. Correct me if I am wrong.
The front is kinda weird on mine. Just some shit the previous owner put together. I am gonna re do the front hopefully within the next month and I will take some pictures along the way to so how to properly set up the front. I don't know if you are a member at streetsource.com but check out this...
As far as ride is concerned bag size and placement is the biggest factor followed by how much PSI you run.
In the front I am running a firestone 2500 which is to small. I wouldn't run anything smaller than a 2600 so I am about to re-do the front to accept a 2600. Make sure you also get shock...
I have been running this brand bi-xenon kit (clickie) on the wifes van for a 1.5yrs with no issues.....
Personally though I like the slim ballasts so I plan on getting this kit for my Navi (clickie).
