    I suppose it could be the reserve but I have never heard of a reserve being so much. I thought typically a reserve was 1-2 gallons.. oh well I suppose its a better issue than having your fuel gauge say you have more fuel than you actually do.

    thanks, I saw in one of them it was suggested to check the hoses to the DPFE sensor, if those get installed backwards will it trip a code? both tube are next to each other on the manifold so does it make a difference which tube is installed into the nipple on the DPFE sensor?

    a little bit more info on this issue, it seems to set exclusively on the second drive cycle after being cleared, I reset the ECM and it made no difference. I printed off ford diagnostics for this code and it says nothing about it being a faulty O2 sensor and to check fuel and induction systems...
