    Different lengths. What I am seeing on axle shaft suppliers is the Right Hand is 31 3/4" 34 spline and the left 33 3/8 34 spline. So the differential is not centered, its offset to the right.

    Yep, I bought China made American named boxed parts, except the lash adjusters and followers. Yes, if you go Ford you will have WAY more invested. I tried to stay with American companies, but they were China made now. So far so good, if I have any trouble I will dump the rig.

    yep, you should be able to get all the different bolts at NAPA, CarQuest, Orieley's etc, most can get the part overnight if needed. I have found they typically have better selections then the Ford dealers. I have had luck at hardware stores as well.
