    I ordered a Platinum Max the day order banks opened, and got a shipping notice email today. Ford says 6-7 weeks shipping. Multi Contour Seats is missing from the window sticker. But I don’t care because last week I bailed and bought a ‘22 Platinum Max from a nearby dealer. I love it!

    Hmm, that's a bit worrisome because my dealer did not request my X-Plan PIN (which I have) when I ordered. Instead, they wrote on the contract that X-Plan pricing will be applied when the unit arrives. I hope that doesn't cause a problem.

    Weathertech's 2nd/3rd row floor liner for captain's chairs is really confusing. It seems to have minimal coverage of the 3rd row as compared with their standalone 3rd row mat, which looks really huge. Am I right on this?

    Very interesting that a 4x4Max Ltd Stealth Performance is $1,100 cheaper than a similarly optioned Platinum. That $1,100 buys you some more leather inside, multicontour/motion seats, and BlueCruise, but you lose 40 hp.

    No way I'd trust "multiple reports" over the official Order Guide, which clearly shows CCD as an option on both Stealth (303A) and Stealth Performance (304A) cars. Not according to the Order Guide, which shows it's an option on both.

    Brake pad bite (“foot pressure needed”) has nothing to do with how “good” brake pads are. Merely a matter of your preference. I prefer pads with low bite myself, but to each his own.     Thanks! It seems like “Retail Orders Excluded“ refers to the requirement ( instead of the availability of the option), so it does seems to be an option. That seems to contradict last week’s bulletin. Hmm. It‘s shown as an option for all types except Platinum.
