Short and sweet been reading around the threads and came to settle on getting a 3" body lift with a 3/2 lift like alot of you. Now I would like to Know where you guys got the kits you used and what exactly is a fair price to expect to pay. Also read someone's thread about airbagit.com checked it out seemed pretty good but want second opinons. thanks

that was exactly what I was looking for thanks. I know its hijacking the thread to but if you wouldn't mind giving me your opinion on tread right 315/70/17 guard dog tires put underneath the lift and the reliabilty of retreads cuz i know 4x4 magazine gave it a good review.

all of KWT2000 web sites are A++ but also check out ebay for the kits can find some good deals there too and also check out fourwheelparts.com because often if you call them they will price match or beat others prices... best thing is take some time and search and call too because with the crappy economy places will often work to get a sale from you...

never did anything with retreads but if its a good price you can't really go wrong...

on the leveling kit... check out ebay for sure... there is a few of us running the billet spacers on the rear which are around $70 and then just cranked the stock keys... gets the job done and saves some cash

I got my kit form autoanything, seem to have good prices and if you are lucky, you can catch a sale.

now I have been reading about cranking the stock keys like you said. But I know on my buddy's chevy we fideled with the suspension and low and behold the the alignment was screwed up. Now does that happen with adjusting the torsion keys?

only thing to look out for is don't make out torsion bars.... and the ride will stiffen up a little bit... otherwise it's the way to go for cheap...

make sure you measure on level ground b4 you crank the bars and then turn each an equal amount... then drive around and find some bumpy roads then remeasure to make sure each side is equal... just my .02

For the guys that are cranking the stock keys, what size rear spacers are you using? Mine sets pretty close to level (to the eye) and have about another 1/2" of thead showing on the bolts (key adjusters).
