Hey guys I'm lifting my truck and have a question about the transfer case. I put in a 5 inch rough country f150 lift and custom lifted the rear. What I hear is that with the torque on demand t case u need to do the brown wire mod to stop driveline vibration in the front. (I have the bw4406 case). I'm wondering if anyone has gotten around this by putting a double cardan u joint in the front driveline?

I see no reason why a driveshaft wouldn't take care of the issue. Cost is definitely not a fun part of that solution though.

I'd love to see pics of your truck though and how you lifted the rear. I've debated a lot about whether to do the RC lift or a SAS. It would be cool to see what someone else has done to address the rear and what the finished project would look like.
